• The product must be identical and in stock with both the competitor and the relevant Aidacare store at the time of the price match.
• For online price comparisons, the total price must include any delivery costs.
• The competitor’s offer must be verified by Aidacare. See our claiming process below for details.

How to claim your Price Match Guarantee?

1. Record the price: This can be a catalogue clipping, or screenshot on your phone, webpage or similar.

3. Once approved, pricing will be matched and you will be on your way

Exclusions

1. Cash back offers and store credits, bonus and bundled promotions, coupon promotions, grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller, commercial orders, competitor advertising errors, members only or subscription prices, and competitor clearance products or products with limited or restricted quantities.
   
   
2. Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership).
   
   
3. We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
