I didn't use the stool as it took so long to get and I purchased another shower chair from a different supplier that had it in stock and available for pickup same day.
When I ordered the HQ stool it was showing in stock at the Moorebank shop, but by the time the order was processed (3 business days later) it was no longer in stock.
When it did arrive in stock and I went to Moorebank to collect it, it was only a very helpful and resourceful receptionist who called different departments and was able to convert a web order/shop order into an invoice number and arrange for despatch to bring the stool to reception.

Except for the receptionist, a thoroughly poor experience.
The stool hangs on a hook in my garage still wrapped in its plastic bag. I'll probably just throw it out.
